Yes. eSign Workspace produces signatures that comply with the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA and the European Union's eIDAS regulation — the three most widely recognised electronic signature frameworks. Every envelope includes a tamper-evident audit certificate accepted by courts in both jurisdictions, with the signer's intent, identity verification and timestamp captured cryptographically.

Customer data is hosted on Microsoft Azure, with a choice of EU (default — Azure West Europe) or United States (Azure East US) residency. Region is selected per company at workspace setup and never moves without an explicit migration request. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), with envelope payloads and audit certificates stored in geo-redundant blob storage inside the selected region. GDPR-relevant data never leaves the EU when EU residency is chosen.
